When Can You Return?
- The book is damaged or defective
- The wrong book was delivered
- Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
How to Return
- Visit our Contact Us page and get in touch
- Provide your order number and describe the issue
- We will respond within 1–2 business days
- Once the return is approved, send the book back to us
Refunds
- Refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 5–7 working days
- Shipping charges are non-refundable (except in cases of damaged or incorrect items, where we will also cover shipping)
Non-Returnable Items
- Books that have been used or damaged by the customer
- Return requests made after 7 days of delivery
