Delivery Time
- Pakistan local: 2–4 working days
- International: 10–15 working days

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you via email or WhatsApp so you can track your parcel.
Parcel Not Arrived?
If your parcel has not arrived within the expected time, please visit our Contact Us page. We will follow up with the courier on your behalf.
Damaged Parcel
If your parcel arrives in a damaged condition, please take a photo at the time of delivery and contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or refund for you.
